With over 500 clients already using our personal tailored service, you can rest assured we will help you to fill your property with the best possible person we can find! This should give you piece of mind. Included in the service package are the following:

Full Marketing Package - We write your advert for you, and list your room on over 25 room rental sites and web portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and SpareRoom.

Taking Calls - We take all of the calls and email enquiries about your property and filter out the ones that are not suitable and only contact you with tenants that we feel suit your profile. Calls are automatically routed to available lines and if all of our local agents are busy we have a back up team.

Booking Appointments - We book all of your appointments on our system and confirm all appointments for you to make sure you are never left in waiting for a tenant that does not turn up.

Negotiating - Keeping your rent price up, we ask you not to discuss rent and deposits with the person viewing as often they will try to knock you down in price, and many landlords agree. We find that if you leave it to us, we often maintain the asking price.

Referencing & Vetting - We will vet and reference your new tenant to the best of our ability including taking a minimum of two references (one work and one landlord if possible). We will see the tenants last 3 months bank statements to ensure they can afford to pay the rent and we will also take a copy of their driving licence and passport if they have one.

House Share Agreements / Standing Orders - Finally we will set up the tenancy agreement for you if you choose, and also set up the standing order for rent collection. If you would like us to collect the rent for you we charge £10 per month for this service (this means if the rent is late we will chase it for you, so that you don't have to feel awkward about asking for it.)
