This is now a formal reservation, the fee you pay here is not refundable UNLESS the landlord rejects your application prior to doing our reference checks.

PLEASE before you make any reservation AT ALL - understand the terms. You are reserving a property if you complete this process, and your money is not going to be refunded UNLESS the landlord rejects your application PRIOR to us completing the rest of your application. If We complete your application, and the landlord decided to reject your application based on something we have learned in the application process, you will not get the fee returned to you. This fee is an application fee, and covers the costs of us processing your application - and so if you pass or fail - it is not refundable. Please note that in one year only one person has failed this process by making a fraudulent application.
