Work out your annual revenue. Lets say your room is £85 per week (the average). This is a total of £4420 per year if you fill the room for ALL of that time. Now most rooms are full for say 10 months a year. Making you £3680 per year.

Who will rent my room?

Tenant Introductions for HMO's and Shared houses

With our tenant introduction service, you can rest assured we will take the tenants personal details, call for work references and aim to present only suitable candidates for your property. For less than the first months rent, we introduce a 6 month let (ore longer) into your property. Any tenancy less than this rates are pro rata (minimum fee applies). Each tenant introduction is £275 for a NONE managed property.

Full Management Service from 15% for HMO's and Shared houses

Great service and support is offered with the full management package at an an extremely competitive price - shared houses are generally more work than a regular let..

In brief our service includes: Full tenant introduction, Deposit protection, Property maintenance, Check in / out service, Completed inventory, Utility changeover, regular checks, Regulation advice. Each tenant introduction is a reduced £210 for a managed property.

Our online / out of area package starts from £100:

Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and West Midlands are our main areas for managed property, but if you are out of the area and want to market your rental property or rooms using our special web package, you can pay us an up front fee of �100 for one room and we will create a brochure for you, some supermarket notice board cards (if required), and put you on our website, and all of the property portals we use! We will keep your property on our books until it is let, and take calls for you to arrange viewing's. Pay here and we will call you for your property details.
