Listing a private landlord on Rightmove

Unfortunately for private landlords, Rightmove does not let landlords list on their property portal. This means that no matter how much you try to advertise your property privately, you are probably missing out on around 80% of the tenants actively looking for property. It really is a fact, people pick rightmove first for looking for rental property. Why wouldn't they? Rightmove offer the widest choice.

We offer a totally No Let No Fee service. This means if we list your property, and another agent lets it before us, then you pay no fees. (We do have terms on this and you would pay a fee is if you accepted a tenant from us and backed out to take a different tenant from elsewhere)

One of our other unique service is that we actively encourage landlords (especially those who have had vacant property for some time) to let to people who have pets (sometimes for premium rent). Over 43% of the prospective tenants that call us have a dog or a cat (statistic from Dogs Trust). We have special pet / tenant insurance we can help with and take a higher deposit for renting to tenants with pets. Also we have a comprehensive inventory system where we document specifically things like woodwork on doorframes and normal places that casts scratch / dogs urinate etc with photographic evidence and detailed booklet.

We have found that landlords that let to people that have well behaved pets, have less void periods. It is harder for people with pets to move, so generally they stay longer.
