  • One of our other unique service is that we actively encourage landlords (especially those who have had vacant property for some time) to let to people who have pets (sometimes for premium rent). Over 43% of the prospective tenants that call us have a dog or a cat (statistic from Dogs Trust). We have special pet / tenant insurance we can help with and take a higher deposit for renting to tenants with pets. Also we have a comprehensive inventory system where we document specifically things like woodwork on doorframes and normal places that casts scratch / dogs urinate etc with photographic evidence and detailed booklet.
