About Lea Beven - Sales & Marketing Director

Lea is well known in the property business as a mentor for new investors. She is experienced in many areas including property development, rentals, lodging, and sales. She has worked with many entrepreneurs and property companies, gaining respect in the industry through her knowledge, ability to identify area's of opportunity and ability to sell.

Lea has built up and managed large portfolios, and now, having been in the industry through good times and bad, she is aware of what is required to be successful and is focused on ensuring clients are happy with there experience of working with her.

Lea started Rooms-In-Shifnal in April 2008, and was a driving inspiration behind KeyAngels Ltd in Shifnal after successfully setting her friends up with lodgers in this period. Lea continues to own half of KeyAngels although chose to resign as director in Feb. 09. She set up on her own so that she could focus on more widespread area and specialised business around Professional Lodgers and Shared Houses, and works closely with contractors and large businesses to provide affordable short term accommodation.

No call is left un-answered between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 11am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday. And - you will NEVER hear an engaged tone! We pride ourselves on great customer service.

Our '1st Response Team' deal with all tenant and landlord initial enquiries. Once your needs are verified your details will be given to the team member that covers your area.
