• Consultancy

  We can take a look at the problems you are having and give you a step by step action plan to put things right. In many cases HMO's become overwhelming and hard work, and bills can spiral out of control. We have vast experience in cutting HMO / shared houses bills. We can advise on voids, bills, maintenance, and fighting tenants. Don't let it all get over your head - nip it in the bud right now!

• Fully Managed

  If you really have had enough of your HMO or shared house but recognise you don't have the time or inclination to get it right and need to keep your investment, you could always look at having it fully managed by us. We will manage the tenants, maintenance and monitor bills, whilst you are still responsible. We help get the property set up properly, and fill the rooms.

• Lease / Rent to Us

  If you prefer to hand over total responsibility, we offer a lease scheme to either us or another HMO landlord, here you can hand over the keys of your HMO, and we (or the landlord) will let and manage your property for you - covering your mortgage interest payments. We will then take over the full responsibility of rentals, bills, low end maintenance and full tenant management. You may have to make some alterations in the beginning for this to occur (doors / lighting / fire regs.)

• HMO Training / Mentoring
