Welcome to our HMO training and mentoring. I offer you both hands on and hands off training in HMO's.

With over 10 years training landlords as a consultant and 15 years in property, Lea Beven introduced her workshop in summer 2009 for setting up a HMO. Come and see us for a day - maximum of 4 student landlords. Lea's experience comes from managing her own property since she was 21 (now 37), and from setting up and managing HMO's. She now owns and runs a HMO agency (Limecastle House Shares & Lettings) and lets rooms all over 4 counties for both professional investors and live in landlords.

HMO After Care For Landlords

In just one day we will furnish you with the knowledge and information you need for setting up a HMO and you will have the confidence to set one up yourself! We don't just drop you in it, you can have access afterwards (subject to a fair usage scheme) to our experts if you choose our Mentoring package (£35 per month).

What do we cover ?

There are many subjects we will cover, and we offer a panel at the end, where you can fire questions that you feel you have not answered. If there is something we can not answer on the spot, we will find out for you and then email you the details after the event. The only thing we do not cover is the financial's (who will lend on a HMO) - we leave that to you because it gives us more credibility as a training course to not sell you other services.
